End User Services Agreement

This End User Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lab 1 Limited., a company incorporated in England and Wales (collectively, “Lab1”) the customer which has contracted with a Lab1 reseller to receive various services (“Customer”) and is effective as of the date of the Order Form entered into between the Customer and signed by the last party below (the “Effective Date”).

This Agreement is a master agreement intended to cover all solutions purchased by Customer hereunder, provided, however, any provisions that are applicable only to specific products or services apply only to the extent Customer has purchased, accessed or used such products or services.
